Oh milano milano milano, dolce dolce dolce! Following on from le londre extravaganze in close succession-

was the next in line on the ‘round the world in 20 fashion days’ road trip to beauty heaven! All a bit ‘classsy’ was this showcase, sheer ‘beauty’ mixed with ‘just’ the right degree of eurotrash! Woo! Because in milano,…do we ever hear the phrase ‘less is more-a’??

Dolce & Gabbana: for the sheer  ‘regal’ ‘decadence’ of it!

Celtic crosses, lacy lace, fingerless gloves, rara skirts, RED- leopard print- coupled with ‘beautiful’ intricate white antique lace- and ‘old worldly’ inspired ‘scarlet floral’…ALL the while ‘dripping with ‘chunky’ ‘intricate’ jewellery (coins aplenty!!! “Ahoy there’’!)… ALL of the above..Setting the ‘scene’ for ‘drama’ and providing the ‘perfect backdrop’ for the ‘main’ ‘star’ of the show…le makeup offcourse! J  (Well…it DOES deserve and intro of its own me thinks! Tres pretty pretty as it is).  Skin was ‘pale and interesting’, powdered and softly matte WHILE the ‘lip’ was the hero of the piece.  SCARLETT..Reigned supreme and provided the perfect ‘velvety’ ‘rich’ ‘softness’ to a very ‘well groomed’ yet ‘tear-away’ beauty.

Marni: for the sexy nonchalant ‘gal about town’ with a touch of ‘classic class’

Beiges, chocolates, reds & greens! ‘Scarlet/grey’ combo’s, black and white checks..60’s inspired ‘multi floral’ ‘curtain prints, Headscarves-OVER- messy ‘tousled mops, CHUNKY jewels (oooolaaalaaa…’marni’ is tres the way to ‘my’ heart!!) (p.p.a.a=does everyone remember FIMO???! Tres 80’s AND tres faaab, think “I” for une am gonna be bringin back the ‘F’ work…stat! Oh’…AND on a H&M front….: a lil berry pinched lip here, a lil berry stained eyelid there, a lil ‘dry shampoo’ teased essy ‘’oh’ my hair just went like this!!, yeah…DIDN’T try at ALL! Truly!!!” hairdo there…and voillat! Sexxxxy…

Fendi: for the sheer ‘modern’ ‘charlie girl’ of it!

Caramel hues, burnt oranges & ‘tree bark’ shades-mixed with bright ‘rich’ reds AND a lil ‘clear Perspex’ thrown in- for good measure! “OH’ SO sexxxy ‘bed/roll in the hay’ hair…a lil ‘powdery’ ‘Victoriana/healthy bronzed blusssssh, ADD a ‘slick of ‘luscious’ creamy lip gloss…PRETTY ‘perfect’ Smokey lashes…and ‘presto! (My fave!!!!!) ‘Charlie girl-MEETS- bond girl’ clean ‘classiness’…mmmmm…SO chic! It’s a ‘tick’ from me!

Missoni: for the ‘queen victoria’- meets- princess ‘rapunzel’ of it!

Ohhhh missssoni! Icy watery blues, pink & peach hues, flowing sweeping crêpey silks AND a lil ‘sheer’ lace in the loop for good measure!  Over at missoni- twas aaaall about the ‘Victorian inspired hair- with- a ‘simple’ YET breathtaking ‘petal’ lip….in the ‘perfect’ shade of ‘rouge’… simply ‘sprincesslike’…and so so pretty.
