“Aloha”! AND greetings from the new year AND the brilliant, fabulous AND ‘wonder filled’ NEW DECADE!!!

 Now-dear Tangent readers, is the time to ‘thank the universe’ and give ‘gratitude’ for the many many gifts and lessons the past decade has given us (though they may have not always been ‘pretty’ and from TANGENT MAKEUP WONDERLAND heaven, ha! They were still ‘gifts’ and chances to learn and to ‘add’ to your: life’s makeup bag.)

For many of us this first few weeks of a ‘new year’ (let alone, a ‘new’ decade) is a time for gentle’ reflection’ and to take stock of where we are in our lives, on this planet…and within the Universe at this present moment in time.  For me the New Year brings a ‘fresh start’ and a chance at new beginnings, new ventures, new dreams and unforeseen aspirations (it is a time to ‘dream big’ without fear or thought)…be it within our personal lives, our careers, our family and our health dreams, AND to look to our hearts..For ‘what’ we truly wish for ourselves within this lifetime (not only within this year)..AND affords us a lil ‘dreamtime’..To contemplate our desires and deepest wishes for: ‘in an ideal world’ where would I like to be? What would I most like to be doing? What would I most want the future of ‘me’ to behold? And in turn, what would I most wish for the much loved, much blessed ones surrounding me?

 For most, it is a time to break out that lovely new journal with its crisp, fresh, untouched pages…and begin the ‘first’ of many many entries…and move ‘forwards’ practically and with intention, as we begin to wander down those little paths that lead us into our futures.

Aaaall a bit philosophical I know! Ha! BUT that’s ME! AND I couldn’t quite begin a fresh new year of ‘beauty’ WITHOUT first writing of the beauty that originates from ‘within’..And which forms the basis of the beauty that ‘glows’ through to our outer walls, as for me…and when you really break down the anatomy of: what is beauty? What is beautiful?…they go ‘equally’ (if not heavy handed on the side of our ‘souls’) -hand in hand J

 

Happpppy new-year y’ allll! AND may those wildest dreams from deep within your lil hearts- THAT you ‘dare to dream’ ring true for you all…beginning today..anon anon!!!
