Sydney is about to get Mulberry-licious!

Australian fans will no longer have to travel to the Northern Hemisphere to visit their favourite Mulberry boutique.  The iconic British label will open their first ever Australian store in Sydney, in November 2010.The Mulberry store; situated in the newly developed Westfield Sydney development, will have customers spoilt for choice with a wide selection of the latest iconic and coveted Mulberry bags straight from the London collections in true season time.

Mulberry Creative Director, Emma Hill says “We are thrilled to be extending Mulberry’s International reach to Australia. The culture and beauty of Sydney suits Mulberry’s optimistic and playful aesthetic, I am looking forward to visiting the new store later this year”

The new Mulberry Fall 2010 campaign, shot by the legendary Steven Meisel, stars Australia’s own Abbey Lee Kershaw and Belgium’s Hanne Gaby Odiele.  The duo express the creativity and humour of the Mulberry label by jumping on beds and painting outside the lines.

Colour is a strong feature of the latest collection. With the lurid magenta leopard print featuring on the famous Bayswater andAlexa Mulberry bags (featured in the campaign above). The sparkle glitter bags are also a must have party season accessory! True to Mulberry’s classic roots these iconic bags will also come in traditional colour ways.
