For a collection that was inspired by ice cream, the Mulberry SS12 collection would have had be a a rainbow flavour. Emma Hill has embraced the English eccentrics synonymous to Mulberry and designed a collection that takes on many design elements.  Albeit ones that work together well.  A fusion of tulle skirts mixed back with leather jackets in tone-on-tone canary yellow.  Beige jumpsuits in a 70′s style.  Apple green three piece ensembles with a sport luxe feeling.  A colourful animal print that was more ‘zoo’ than ‘jungle’. The end of the show brought on a beige story  embellished with rich jewel tones.  The connector in the show was the playful aesthetic that worked throughout all stories.  The lean towards a 60s silhouette and beehive hairstyles also described the Mulberry woman for the season.  As for the must have accessory? It has to be a schnauzer!
