Is it just me OR is there a touch of the G-wit-the-A-wit-the-G-wit-the-AAAAH to Mr. Riva’s ‘hairy’ catwalk looks this spring season??!
Dare to Compare . . . . ?
As a nod to his avant garde roots Designer Lorenzo Riva sent his models down the catwalks wearing not only his latest creations BUT sporting the ‘Dooeyest’ of ‘Doin-the-do’ Do’s that we have seen in a long time. From towering platinum ‘umbrella-esque’ manes to the sweetly named ‘ mushroom top’ (very tres ‘organic’! gotta go vegan..Its all the rage among the hopelessly ‘elitist’ fashion set dontcha know! -YEP I’m ‘totes’ converted! J) ALL eyes were goin’ to the skies in this fabulous fashion forward froufrou extravaganza.
Maybe it’s the freshness in the air (marked by the dawning of a new decade) with the dream of ‘pastures nuveaux’ but The spring summer 2010 runways were aaaaall a style flurry this season..Those Kids were gettin’ c-raaaayzy down there!
With ‘Green pastured’ ‘organic’ Vegan-esque descriptions well aside, one may beg to ponder the obvious question: Where DID your springiest springtime (massive) mushroom umbrerella’d hair inspirations lie Mr. Riva?
It seems dear tangent readers. THAT the answer here..Is as clear as the hair on our cute lil heads…
Love her or ‘not SO love her’, one thing is blatantly clear..The world (fabulous ‘organic’ loving vegan fashion set included) seems to have gone goo-goo for ga-ga.
