What turns you on in your work? The energy around me is what makes the difference between a good day and an amazing day! The people around me create the energy and that becomes heightened by the pumping music and the asthetic and creativity that the team produce together.

Who inspires me: Any hairdresser that loves what they do.  It’s not just about the fame and notoriety, at the end of the day its about the passion you put into your work.  That’s what I find inspiring.

But people like Guido Palau, who has been a constant influence. His knowledge of the craft with his experience in business makes him the ultimate artistic mentor. And Brad Ngata, who has been someone that always amazes me, as he constantly pushes the boundaries. His work just look effortless.

Tell us your latest obsession: I love looking at fashion blogs online.  It’s great to see some of the most amazing editorial work being done without a budget, using up and coming talent.  Fashion bloggers seem to take more risks with what they produce – they are in control of the publishing, therefore what they produce is more honest and more real than anything you see in a glossy mag.

What is your dream for the future? I plan to embrace every opportunity that comes my way, I believe that has been key to my success in my career. The future holds lots of prosperity… watch this space.
